Complete systems assembled by Millennium Systems Canada Inc. have
a 2 year Parts and Labour Depot Warranty, unless otherwise specified.
All parts come with a 1 year warranty if they are not purchased
in a system, or if they do not meet the minimum system requirements.

sales rep. These warranties are provided by Millennium Systems Canada
Inc. and the manufacturer may provide an extended warranty on some

contact our RMA department by phone to request an RMA number, or
you can download the RMA request form and fax it to us at 291-3850,
and we will contact you within 1 business day.Please read our RMA

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) POLICY
- 1. All RMAs
must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or there
will be an administrative charge of $10.00 per instance.
- 2.
Any product returned defective:
- a) within
30 days of the invoice shall be considered DOA and
i. can be credited
at the lesser of the invoiced price or the current market price.
ii. or can be exchanged for identical product subject
to availability.
iii. or shall be sent out for repair.
b) over 30 days but less than 1 year
i. can be exchanged
for identical product subject to availability.
ii. or shall be sent out for repair.
c) over 1 year
i. shall be
sent out for repair.
- 3.
Any product returned not defective:
- a) within
10 days of the invoice
i. can be credited
at the lesser of the invoiced price or the current market price.
b) within 30 days
i. can be credited
at the lesser of the invoiced price or the current market price
with a 20% restocking fee.
- Note: All not defective products must be in original packaging and not opened. All special order items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- 4.
No credit notes will be issued after 30 days.
- 5.
No cash refund.
- 6.
Any RMA not under warranty will be charged $85 per hour of labour
(minimum half-hour) plus cost of parts.
- 7.
For all RMA items, customers should:
- a) Phone our
RMA department for an RMA number. All further inquiries shall
use this number as a reference.
b) Send RMA items with prepaid freight accompanied by its
invoice (to avoid the administrative fee) and the following information
on a packing slip:
i. item description
ii. item serial number
iii. nature of the problem
iv. RMA number from Millennium (Must have this or items
will be left unattended)
v. customer name
vi. customer address
vii. customer phone number
viii. contact person
